Eileen C. Dickinson
Eileen C. Dickinson is the founder and owner of Compliance Matters, providing payroll and workforce solutions to businesses throughout Florida and across the country. A Cal Poly Pomona graduate with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing, Eileen entered the professional employer organization industry in 1998 before launching Compliance Matters in 2011. She helps businesses navigate human resources, wage and hour, risk management, payroll, and workers’ compensation challenges with knowledgeable, practical support.
Kelly Moore
Kelly Moore has spent 10 years in the merchant services industry with Sunshine Payment Systems, helping businesses lower fees and streamline payment processing. Deeply involved in the local community, she serves as the 2026 Board Chair of the Port Orange South Daytona Chamber of Commerce and participates in several chambers, women’s organizations, her church finance committee, and a local golf course marketing committee. Kelly is also a Distinguished Toastmaster—and when she isn’t working or networking, there’s a good chance you’ll find her on the golf course.
Leigh Turner
Leigh Turner is part of the team behind APEX Electrical Services, a locally owned electrical contracting company serving Volusia County since 2010. She supports the company through accounting, administration, marketing, customer communication, and community outreach. Leigh values genuine relationships and believes the strongest business connections are rooted in trust, reliability, and a sincere desire to help others. She is proud to support a company known for quality workmanship, honest service, and long-standing relationships throughout the community.
Lindsay Moore
Lindsay Moore is the owner of Cool Breeze Heat & Air, a locally owned HVAC company serving Volusia County. A former corporate attorney, she brings a relationship-focused, systems-based approach to leadership and is passionate about raising the standard in home services by becoming a trusted resource for every customer. Lindsay also enjoys connecting authentically with fellow women business owners. She lives in Port Orange with her husband and business partner, Scott, and their two Boston Terriers, and enjoys Pilates, pickleball, and being regularly humbled at the mahjong table.
Melody Lankford
Melody Lankford is the founder of Lankford Law Firm, P.A., bringing more than 20 years of experience in business, corporate, intellectual property, and employment law. A member of the Florida Bar since 2004, she previously served as in-house counsel before launching her own firm. Melody is actively involved in the local business and nonprofit community, including Networking Connects Women and several Volusia County organizations. Originally from West Virginia, she has called Florida home since 2001 and lives in Port Orange with her husband and two daughters.
Tina Felix
Tina Felix is the founder of The Felix Firm, LLC, helping businesses and nonprofits create stronger systems, streamline operations, and take back their time. With more than 10 years of experience in operations, administration, financial management, and nonprofit support, she specializes in bringing structure to the work happening behind the scenes. Tina is passionate about meaningful connection, women supporting women, and creating space for others to grow personally and professionally. A wife and mom to four sons, including her late son Jacob, Tina’s family, faith, and life experiences deeply shape how she leads, serves, and connects with others.
Caryn Isaacs
Caryn Isaacs is a Big Idea Mentor, best-selling author, and nationally recognized health policy expert who has helped bring hundreds of businesses to life. Her work challenges conventional thinking about aging, ability, and what is possible—even when life brings an unexpected or life-changing diagnosis. Caryn is passionate about hearing people’s stories, uncovering their ideas, and helping them create lives and opportunities that reflect what they truly want, regardless of age, physical ability, or society’s expectations.
Grace Downing
Grace Downing is the founder and owner of Mumbi Ship & Print, an Ormond Beach business offering printing, shipping, notary, mailbox, fingerprinting, and other essential services. With an MBA in Human Resources and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Grace combines business strategy with a passion for developing people. She is especially committed to mentoring young talent, creating an inclusive workplace, and leading with both empathy and accountability. Her entrepreneurial philosophy is simple: identify a need, build a solution, and make it accessible.
Laura Bond Walker
Laura Bond Walker has devoted her career to serving people and strengthening organizations. She has served as Director of Presbyterian Counseling Center since 2016 after nearly 12 years on its board, including leadership as President and Treasurer. Her diverse career spans social services, education, banking, investments, and entrepreneurship. Laura and her husband, Lee, have been adventurously married since 1990 and share a love of travel, including life aboard their catamaran and adventures in their RV. She brings that same curiosity, compassion, and adventurous spirit to her work and relationships.
Libby Vescovi
Libby Vescovi is Vice President and Banking Center Manager with Seacoast Bank in Daytona Beach, bringing more than 36 years of banking experience to the clients and organizations she serves. She specializes in small business, association, nonprofit, personal banking, and lending, with an emphasis on personalized relationships and trusted guidance. A longtime Ormond Beach resident, Libby is also deeply involved in her community. She is a proud mother of two and grandmother of two who enjoys the beach, travel, staying active, and the Florida lifestyle.
Lisa Brooks Thompson
Lisa Brooks-Thompson is the founder and owner of Owners Choice Benefits (OCB). After beginning her insurance career with Aflac in 2001, Lisa built an independent agency serving individuals, families, Medicare beneficiaries, small businesses, and employees. OCB provides guidance on Aflac supplemental benefits, ACA Marketplace coverage, Medicare, dental, vision, and related health insurance solutions. Locally focused and community involved, Lisa leads a team of independent, licensed, and certified brokers committed to helping clients better understand and navigate their coverage options.
Sally Vance
Sally Vance is a Florida mortgage broker and credit expert with 25 years of experience. Known as the “Queen of Creative Finance,” she specializes in helping first-time homebuyers, self-employed borrowers, and investors find solutions when traditional lending options may not fit. Sally brings clear communication, attention to detail, and a determined, solutions-focused approach to every client relationship. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, fishing, yoga, and New Smyrna Beach life with her husband and dogs, as well as building genuine relationships and supporting fellow women in business.
Ursula Amon
Ursula Amon serves as Chief Financial Officer of Arrow Clinical Trials, a Daytona Beach-based research site conducting studies across neurology, cardiology, general medicine, orthopedics, and other areas. With more than two decades of executive leadership and business management experience, Ursula oversees financial strategy and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, banking, and cash flow management. She works closely with executive leadership to support strategic growth, operational efficiency, and the long-term financial strength of the organization.
